Join Me For The Whole30 Challenge

Well friends, I decided to accept the challenge and do Whole30 for the next 30 days. Now first things first, what exactly is Whole30? It’s 30 days of clean eating that is suppose to reset your health and help you change the way you think about food. There is a book you can find here that will explain in more detail what you can and cannot eat and the concept behind Whole30. Overall, I will be cutting sugar, dairy, grains, legumes, and alcohol out of my diet for the next 30 days.

Why am I starting Whole30?

Since the middle of last year I’ve been having issues with both my gut health and balancing my hormones post having to get off the birth control pill for my health. I’ve had massive fluctations in my weight and have been struggling to feel strong and confident in my body. Overall, I’m hoping 30 days of clean eating with be the reset I need to get my health back on track and start to feel more like myself again. Are you willing to join me?

Now I know this feels daunting but I promise this book will walk you through everything you’ll need to get started. I also put together my grocery list for week one and a list of products you should have on hand before you get started below. This is a new challenge for me so I will share my honest reviews along the way about how eating clean makes me feel and how the challenge is going. If you’re in a similar situation and want to take control of your health, I hope this makes you feel like you aren’t alone. It’s hard when you don’t feel comfortable in your body so let’s tackle this journey together. I will be sharing all the details over on my instagram so make sure to pop over there and say hi or drop any advice or goals for the next 30 days.
